Hey, I'm Tremolo
Yea, I've gotten to the point where I kind of ignore the part of the blog post/article/video that talks about toxins in the body XD

Thanks, will do! I'll start looking around challenges and see if I can find something that will motivate me with (relatively) like-minded people.

Hey, I'm Tremolo
And I don't know if I should avoid the nutrition community. I want to be healthy, look good, and feel good. But it seems like wherever I look there are a dozen conflicting opinions on how to do that.

I've had long, hard looks at Atkins, Paleo, Low-fat raw vegan, gourmet vegan, "eating clean", just to name a few.

I've heard wheat is poison, soy is poison, dairy is poison, anything processed is poison, eggs are bad, eggs are vital.

I've heard, "It doesn't matter what you eat, but how much." "It matters more when you eat than what you eat." "So long as you're eating my list of healthy foods, you can eat as much as you want." "Diet is more important than exercise." "Exercise is more important than diet." "Sleep is just as important as exercise and diet." "The problem is all the toxins building up in the body." (I've heard that one a lot)

I'm a bit wary about existing in this environment, because it seems like a lot of people judge others heavily on what they eat, on what "nutritional beliefs" they have. Can a forum where people discus dieting from many viewpoints be a positive place, or can it only be negative? I'd like to connect with individuals on this site either way, but I'm not sure if I should be scared of the forum >.>
So yea... hello
