I am 32yr old female. Two daughters 5yrs & 8yrs, a great husband, and I have a great job but very stressful! I have always enjoyed working out and it helps keep my depression under control. I think its the high I get off of working out. Anyways I have always struggled with keeping weigh off. Call it hereditary/genes, or the fact that I am only 4ft 11in, or that i don't deal with stress well!! Whatever it may be, I am here to start anew with goals of becoming healthier and losing approx 30lb by end of summer. My immediate goal is 15lb my end of May 2011! My favorite cardio workout is spinning or the elliptical! More than cardio I love to lift weights. So that is a little about me and wish me luck!!
