Use of the word diet
Does anyone agree with me when i say that changing your lifestyle and understanding yourself better is a healthier way to loose your access baggage for good!I personally think some of the choices we make, we think are our own, are actually driven by media and marketing. In other words I think we have forgotten to listen to our own bodies.To many people want quick fixes and im guilty of that too. I am starting to realise tho that some things you cannot cut corners on ,your well being is one of them!When I say this I am talking about the jobs we think we have chosen or have they chosen you because of your situation.I am talking about the partners some of us choose.Is that because we don,t understand"why!... when it all goes wrong! The food we eat because time dictates and money dictates what you put in your mouth. You get what im saying?Learning about yourself and listening hard to your needs and acting responsibly for yourself.Isn,t that the way to being healthy and losing your "access bagagage" Getting fit in the head leads to getting fit in the body doesn't it??

Plain chocalate
Just wanted to know peoples views on Eating plain chocolate in moderation,as part of your healthy eating plan. I have heard it is good for stomach upsets and helps with your digestion!Question
