Just wanted to know peoples views on Eating plain chocolate in moderation,as part of your healthy eating plan. I have heard it is good for stomach upsets and helps with your digestion!

chocolate as any food can actually fit your eating plan even if you are looking to loose weight as long as you account for its calories.
Cocoa has a lot of health benefits the main one being its antioxidant and metabolism enhancing properties so if you use dark chocolate (over 80% cocoa) that is a great food. Obviously it is high calories so portion control is necessary

Studies suggest that eating dark chocolate positively affects the metabolism as well as promoting lean muscle mass instead of fat deposition. Just be sure to keep it within your daily calorie range.
