Went to the gym on Wednesday (1/11/17) and played about 2 hours of racquetball with some friends.I figure this is a good way to get some cardio work in, while also making it fun. Last night (Thursday (1/12/17)), I did 5 sets of 100 jump on the jumprope.
Also, should I be weighing in every day? Every other day? Every week? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Today marks day 1 on my Journey to 180 lbs. I just moved back to college. I had a rough time over the holidays and ate alot of food, but now it's time to start losing that weight. I'll be removing sodas from my diet, drinking more water, and trying to eat less fast food.
