Hello, my name is John. I am currently a senior at the University of Central Florida and studying biology. In high school, I played varsity football. During that time, I was in great shape. As the years have passed, my activity level has decreased, my calorie consumption has increased, and I am no longer in the shape I once was. I have tried many times before to lose weight, but this time, I'm taking it seriously. Starting January 9th, 2017, I am planning on exercising more and eating healthier to go from ~209 lbs to 180 lbs. The road will be tough, but I look forward to pursuing my goals and living a healthier lifestyle.
