well i waaas doing well. and then not so good. so no entries the last three days and ice cream with hot fudge all three days. you can guess why. and bloating and feeling fat. but i still went to the gym last night (then came home and had peanuts and hot fudge w/ a spoon for dinner). and i entered my breakfast this morning so i guess i'll just take this one meal, one day at a time. i think the solution to the ice cream problem is when i have it (allowed 2x per month-not 2 gallons per month!) i will only buy a pint and i will split it with Cris instead of getting a quart and splitting it into three evenings! Ok I'm gonna keep trying and today i do a really good workout at the gym.

i'm pretty proud of myself for keeping up with my journalling of what i eat and my exercise and I'm proud of myself for exercising regularly but not obsessively. There have been a few days that i didn't go and although i missed it i didn't beat myself up. Same with the whole food thing-not perfect but not bingeing as often either. a few sweets here and there but nothing to be upset about. nice I'm feeling good and my boyfriend says I'm looking good! I love my new gym.

I actually didn't think i was losing at all because I've been eating so poorly. But it's probably the added exercise! Will work on the eating though I know it's important. The lady at the gym says that the water aerobics isnt adequate all by itself so today i will do some other stuff.
