I am 47 and enjoy walking and music. Sometimes my weight creeps up by a few pounds. It recently crept up by about a stone so I am working to get back into my clothes!

What Are Your Hardest Times Of The Day to Resist Breaking Your Diet
Same time for me. End of work and tired. I take the dog straight out for a good walk as soon as I get home and it passes. I know I don't have long to hang on for tea then.

Group for those going through menopause or perimenopause
I do tend to go for a good brisk walk if I feel my stress levels rising. Maybe I need to step it up a bit.

At the moment, i have been trying to eat healthily and increasing intake of the omega fats. I am hoping to see an improvement in symptoms.

Group for those going through menopause or perimenopause
Hi all, I am in my late 40's. I had a hysterectomy at 39 but my ovaries were left. I am now most probably in that perimenopause stage and have been having an increase in hormone related symptoms.

I am also finding it a little harder to shift those pounds. I could not find a group relating to this so I have started my own. It is simply called 'Group for menopause or perimenopause.' I would love to be able to swap tips about foods which may support us at this stage of life while keeping the pounds from piling on. It would also be good for people to join who have come out the other side and have found things that work for them.

One for the ladies . . . how do you conquer those 'time of the month' bad food cravings?
I do struggle more at that time. I do a monthly weigh in so I don't get too disheartened by monthly fluctuations and I try and eat a bit extra at that time if I really want it. Firstly I will try distractions like go for a walk or a nice bubble bath.
