I started picking up weight when I started staying inside more except for going to work and coming home. I do some form off exercise 5 days a week. I stopped eating past 9pm. Hopefully I can push that up to 7pm in a few weeks. I drink between 12-15 glasses of water a day.

Patience is a virtue
I heard that a watched pot never boils....maybe I should weigh in every 1-2 weeks instead of everyday. what do you think?

Enough is Enough
Thank you guys I am Motivated already. I feel great. I been drinking between 12-15 8oz glasses of water each day and i have been exercising for 30 minutes each day. Thanks for reminding me that consistency is the key.

Enough is Enough
Im new to this site. Age 25. Im 220lbs 5' 11" . My goal weight is to make it down to 164 by late spring of 2012. Does anyone have any suggestions Confused
