Hi, my name is Tanya. Last year I reached an all-time high weight of 317 in February of 2011... OMG! Over the year I've lost about 45 pounds by just cutting out sugars; being a little more active, and watching portions. My friend Kathy and I have started REALLY going gung-ho 3 weeks ago, tomorrow, AND it appears to really be making an impact on both of us. We are following 'the Belly Fat Cure' diet.
