I started this account in 2007 when I was hoping to become more healthy, eat better, and drink less. I had some success and moved down from ~185 to about 170.

More recently I have become reinvested in rock climbing, and am working to raise my climbing level back up to the 5.12/5.13 level. Doing so requires I ramp up my strength to weight ratio. Fall of 2015 I had good success with this effort, dropping my weight to about 160, increasing my pulling capacity and finger strength while lowering my body-fat level to between 13 and 14%.

Try This!
That sounds like a great idea! I will try this idea. Also, I think it is not likely to be too phase 1 unfriendly. I take "fry" to mean just enough oil to make an egg mixture not stick, which is very little in a good pan. No worse than cooking an omelet I would guess. Very Happy

Does anyone use weight loss pills?
There are some yucky horror stories associated with Alli (they are easy to find posted online). Though, there are also many people that find it helpful. That said, I think Alli is a poor fit for the SB diet. As you probably know already SB is not about avoiding fats per se, the focus is really on shifting away from carbs and sugars. I find almonds and peanut butter to be important parts of my snacks and the fat in them if part of what makes them 'sustaining' snacks.
