Sorry for the long silence, I'm back!! work is still crazy! started a second job which i seem to enjoy so far. its a bit of a learning curve for me but i like it regardless. weightloss has also been a constant or at the very least the desire to do so has. planet fitness recently opened a branch near my home.and i have been living in that place, its so fun and has helped me really stay on track. though unfortunately i fell off once it had gotten cold... My body really hates the cold.so the idea of going out into the cold often discourages me. also, at my second job, coworkers and i are.going to be taking part in our very own round of biggest loser. im so ready to have a ball while getting healthier. lastly,k while i was away i was doing some working out but i was also weight lifting to help combat sagging skin so a i gain pounds in muscle while losing fat, i have lost about 6inches from my waist 3 from my hips none from my arms for some reason and 3 from my tummy. i dont remember the rest but i'll post it eventually. lol how is everyone!?

Wowza, it's been weeks since I have dropped in the challenge is over. I stayed on task for the workouts, but the mini challenges still became a problem, but I pushed the whole time PROMISE! I have dropped a few more pounds too...good sign. I hope all is well with you all and I hope your new year started off fantastically if not, it'll get better. Work has been so busy for me I haven't been able to do much other than eat sleep and workout AND my boss wants me to hop on full-time but, I unfortunately can't take the hours with my little on, He was a little disappointed but wants me, stay part time, still VERY good sign. I'm so happy because the job is great it's something i love doing and my co-workers are like family, we have fun, we confide in one another, there is no petty bickering and if someone did something wrong we tell them and help them figure out how to do it right.

Now that I have gotten settled at my job and things are mellowing out post-holiday I'm going to try to get bak into calorie counting and keeping track of my workouts, as well calories burnt. The Calorie counting was a huge help in making sure I didn't eat the wrong foods and helped me keep on track to make sure I ate enough.
