The fact that I managed to still lose 2+ pounds these last two weeks is a shocker, an honest shocker, like how in the heck?! Everything has been so hectic with me training on this new job, my kid in virtual school, my family members health, the crazy ice everywhere today, 60 degreees tomorrow weather. While I have continued to fast I messed up really bad for three days, I typically have a day (saturday or sunday) where i dont fast and eat like a pig but come 8pm im back on the fast, but this was bad like binge eating bad because of all the stress I have been under, BUT I have kept my caloric intake under wraps, my RCI is 3100 but I only consume about 2500 ...thinking of it, that's probably why i still managed to lose the poundage...LOL. I realized just how bad all the junk food (I guess thats why it's called JUNK food) is, maaan from the swelling in my face when i wake up in the morning, swelling in my ankles, sluggish, sore, headaches... I went back to only drinking narural fruit juices/teas and electrolyte enhanced water the last three days and already I feel a shit tone better...sorry for the profanity it was just fitting for the moment. ANYWAY, I have decided to turn my hobby into a business and occasionally post youtube videos, been a bit afraid to put myself out there so my husband required me to post here and say it or I couldnt post my journal, yes I was procrastinating.... 🤣🤣 I love him to bits but he is such a headache sometimes. So if you're interested check out my soap making on youtube here is a link to one of the Videos

Work, so, exhausting. MAN Lockdown really sucked it out of me. The mental exhaustion is real but luckily i have not been feeling physically exhausted and i can only account that to the fasting. i have been following the fasting very well, i only went wild on my off day, (I dont know if i shared hefore but my 18 on 6 off is done six days a week with one off day "wild day") a lot of the knee pain and, knee ankle swelling i usually get after a 12 hour shift...none. The achy back, the hurting calf muscles....this is mind boggling to me. These are pains i have dealt with my entire adult life and had no relief. i usually would go through a bottle of aleve in two weeks where as now i have had the same 30 count bottle in my purse for a month now! im so blown away by the benefits this fasting has had for me. I was so skeptical in the beginning but now holy hell i feel like I cant stop talking about it. 🤣🤣 Now, recently though o have noticef 1 con, the posdibility of blood pressure/sugar dropping too low. Hell i nearly killed my damn self Monday i didnt eat until like 6pm and i had the worst headache and dizzy spells i thought i contracted covid, nope my blood pressure was dangerously low and my sugar while not dangerously low was on the verge. Its apparently because i wasn't eating enough of the right foods during my eating hours, changed it up though and all is good!
