I am a working mom of two and am finding it very difficult to bounce back after my last pregnancy (6 months ago). As everyone who is a working parent knows, life is busy and finding time for yourself to exercise and prepare meals in advance is a challenge. However, I have promised myself that this is a challenge I am going to meet as I would like to invest in my future health - the time is now, girl! Focusing on cultivating healthy eating habits and gradually incorporating some exercise in my lifestyle.
