Single mother of 4. Tends to eat late when the lil ones are asleep so that I can enjoy not sharing with minimal guilt. I'm a Southern Girl. I like eggs, bacon, cheese, butter. But I don't eat pork and I try my best to stay away from foods that come out of boxes. Weaknesses include Annies Cheddar Bunnies, Hagen Daaz's coffee almond toffee ice cream on a stick and the combination of chocolate and hazelnuts. I'm 35, never been married (shows my lack of good decision making skills). I want to be a registered Dietitian so I am working on getting in school for that as well as nursing. I love to cook and use ethnic spices (pimento (aka allspice), nutmeg, coriander, cumin, tumeric)
I never lost the weight from my last daughter. I had always been 135. Haven't seen that weight in 5 years.
I am here on fat Secret looking to make myself accountable for my calorie choices. No cheating!

Concentrate on core strengthing-Pilates, yoga, streching.
Get one of those balls. If you have a computer chair-replace it with the ball. If you have a fav lounge chair-replace it with the ball.
Always stay in good posture. Correct posture will but those muscles to work to lift and tone. I hate sit ups too, try pelvic tilts, there easier and have a good affect. If you wanna do a crunch or two while doing the pelvic lift you'll get the upper and lower ab muscles...

Drinking more Water
In the colder months- drinking water is very difficult for me. I've found that if I add a small stick of cinnamon and cut a whole lemon into 1/4ths (organic so I can keep the skin on) it helps. Stick a fork in the lemon and cinnamon once in a while to release some oils and/or use hot water. 2 or 3 green tea bags every day (I don't take them out all day) and just keep refilling and enjoying the lemon cinnamon taste. Other possible flavor add-ins: fenugreek, clove, anise, grapefruit. Also try rooibos if you like a deeper looking tea-good anitoxidants as well!!!

laundry day
When doing my family's laundry I always do 2 spin cycles. During the second one which I have to set the machine to do by hand (so I don't miss it!) I do a series of exercises. Squats, Leg lifts, jumping jacks, dance boogy with my 4 year old. Find some you like and make your heart beat faster! Plus, the second spin reduces dryer time!! Yay Mommy!Cool
