Fasting Diet (2 days per week)
have been doing the fasting diet for 3 weeks now, basically reducing my calorie intake to 500 calories on 2 days of the week (Mondays & Thursdays. It takes some getting used to as 500 calories are soon consumed so you really have to get used to calorie counting and swapping a hotcross bun that has 240 calories to something more substantial. On the remaining days you just eat as normal although I have tried to keep within 1500 calrories on those days. Some days I have gone over as been out or had couple of glassed of wine etc! but thats fine.
In all I am really plesaed as have almost lost 1 stone since starting - its really given me a kick start as it really is easy once you become used to it and don't cheat on the fasting days!
