I continue to diet, I'm still frozen at the 160-170 mark. I've seen other people on fatsecret freeze for a year or more and thought they were not trying.
I've stopped recording my daily food and exercise because it is not motivating me. First, I eat so little for long stretches and I exercise and nothing happens.
This must be the point where exercise is no longer an option. I have been below 150 and I will get there again. I'm starting to do more chores in the barn and we will see what happens there.
My diet is still higher carbs due to my new lifestyle, but still low calories, sugar, etc.
I will keep you posted.

I'm adding a Ketone supplement to my diet and sticking to the Induction phase. I'm not loosing pounds, but I've lost 1 pant size.

My weight has been bouncing between 165 and 172. I can gain or loose up to 5 lb in a single night. I'm not sure why. My diet at the moment is healthy. Low on grains. High on vegetables.
I've added ginger, cinnamon, lavendar honey, and more garlic, white tea, green tea.
I've cut down my coffee and I am starting to add cinnamon to it. My goal is to reduce the amount of sweetener that I eat.
I'm still active daily, but am not exercising. My water intake isn't up to par but I'm drinking a lot of tea.
