I'm a mom to 4 beautiful kids and married to a terrific husband for the past 22 years. All my teen years I have been slim and boom during my first pregnancy the weight came on and since I always loved eating and cooking the weight has been steadily increasing. Now I'm obese, 46 years old, slowly entering pre-menopause and gaining weight by just looking at food. I need to change my life style/eating style and started on "The Dukan Diet".

Moving on... Tipps for Dukan Consolidaton Phase needed!
Yes I went below my true weight to give myself this little window of gaining some weight. I had trouble with the consolidation phase as I went many times over board due to stress and exams and gone back a couple of times to attack, but I'm happy like that. So during weekends I usually eat almost normal and than at the start of the week I balance it out with 2 days attack, than back on cruise and finally back into consolidation. I'm also working out in the gym now on a regular basis to maintain my weight loss. Experiment around and see what works for you, most important that you are in control, and not the food taking control over you.
