Just came in from the gym! A bit nervous about tomorrow's weigh in but whatever I've gained (if I've gained any) will be muscle! Yep it will be! Followed all my challenges to the T and I'm so impressed with my progress all through this week :)

Couldn't find my GYM MEMBERSHIP CARD so couldn't go to the gym today! I feel so guilty and will have to do a double work out tomorrow, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening! I feasted on bread today and all those calories have to be burned :/

I really need to quit eating bread! I know its a weird choice of food but I just can't get enough of it! I had about 7....8...? slices today! That's basically all I've been stuffing myself on today other than the steamed spiced vegetables my boyfriend made!

Having a very slow day today...My head hurts and I'm feeling kinda dizzy but I will not let that affect my work out today....I so badly need it.

Really pissed off!!! Worked my butt off all week at the gym and ate right, even counting my calories and the scales tell me I'm 3lbs heavier....? I'm so mad right now I can't even begin to tell you :/
