...So I've decided that I do not like the gym bicycle (whatever its called)....It's just so hard and I swear my legs were literally threatening to come of....BUT...I'm impressed with myself! I kept going on it even when I wanted to stop although I will probably not use it again! I'll stick to the treadmill and elliptical coz I endure longer on them and they burn a lot of calories in just a short space of time! Does anybody know how I can lose belly fat? I'm getting tired of it :/

Had a bad 2 days (again)! I feel like slapping myself right now.....I really need to focus! Off to torment myself at the gym!

I never thought losing weight would be this hard...Seriously!!! I want my old body back and its proving to be difficult! Anyway, does anybody know the maximum calories Biggest Loser Contestants eat..or the hours they spend working out? Might want to try that :)

I don't think I'm enjoying this any more. U see, I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong....I thought bananas were good for weight loss and now I hear just how bad they are! Somebody tell me the best fruits to eat then!!!! I'm just so damn frustrated

A diet is a plan, generally hopeless, for reducing your weight, which tests your will power but does little for your waistline
