Thank you, yea i excel at finding newways to screw things up Wink it won't let me change future weights so i'm just going to have to suck up reading about how i'm gaining wveight for another few days until i can update my weight. Thank you for taking the time to try helping me Smile appreciate it!

PIZZA! ( ok, just the toppings) do you indulge?
The employee hung up on me when i asked if he would know how much cheese is in a pizza. I read all the nutrition but not how much cheese and sauce was on a pizza to determibe carb count.

Remembered a friend used to work there, there are 2 cups of cheese on a standard pizza and i guess the sauce is just up to the worker.

I'm just assuming a cup pf pizza sauce per pizza for my nutrition count Smile

The family picks up Little Ceasars every week and got me thinking that the cheese would be appropriate for me, anybody ever do this?

I highly doubt anybody has everdone the nutrition breakdown on pizza cheese/toppings but was wondering if any atkins pros do this or would the bits of sauce be a killer?

What if we managee o enter a wrongweight for inthe future? My start weight ended up a month in the future, so now my progress shows i am Gaining Sad but i'm unable to find a way to add, let alone Alter a future weigh in Sad thanks for any help!
