Still in a lot of pain from the personal training session I had Tuesday. Ended up skipping going to the gym this morning because of that.

Tempted to be bad and eat everything at our company holiday party but I know I'll just feel worse afterwards... so far so good.

I wanted honey cornbread tonight but didn't. I always think about what i want more... for instance the cornbread or the scale to be down in the morning.... i always pick the scale. :) also your muscles need rest to grow. Just try again tomorrow. Your body will eventually. Begin to adapt. Sorry for the weird grammar. Fighting with what my phone wanted to allow. It won. ;)

I agree.. the scale being down is definitely a very important motivator! I only allowed myself one coconut shrimp.. mostly cuz when i ate it it was super greasy! yuck.. i did have a few drinks of wine though. And I still can hardly move from the session tuesday so I had to skip the gym again.. Oh well.. I'll just try to stick to the diet until my body decides to stop hurting.

They say 80% of your health starts in the kitchen... i am doing awesome there. With the kids home and their friends over my other 20% is going to be a struggle for me over Christmas break. It is just so nice not to have to get up at 6. 8:30 is so much better. Lol!!

Yes the holidays are quite busy! I'm jealous.. even though I had monday and tuesday off I still managed to wake up early.. stupid body doesn't like to let me sleep I guess haha oh well!
