Yes, gonna make the chocolate cream cheese fat bombs today! Also trying out this breakfast this morning: 1/2 avocado with an egg in the hole, bake 20 min on 350. Fried some bacon crisp, and then dumped a whole sliced onion in the pan to caramelize. A bit of cheese, and a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash. Oh boy!

I cannot tell you, how hard it is NOT to scream and do the happy dance at 6 am in your bathroom while hubby is still sleeping! Digital scale said 117.4 !! Woah, hope that sticks, I want to get to 115 (only 5'2") This Keto stuff is EASY for this nearly 60-year-old bariatric/diabetic patient. Thinking about making some chocolate cream cheese and nut FAT BOMBS today...

Butter fried onions and peppers, avocado, egg, cheese and a spoonful of salsa this morning...all in a bowl. This WOE is perfect for me. I feel like my energy is high and my mind is sharp! Really don't miss cloudy carbs much at all...still want chips with dips, but now I use slices of yellow squash and zucchini and celery. Off to work now...

Mashed up a ripe avocado, added some shredded cheese, baked 4 little mounds in the oven 350 for 8 minutes, wow! Now I have crispy rounds to go with: 1 egg, cauliflower, green peppers and onions, all fried in real butter! So, off to work I go, happy and quite satisfied.

Very cold, but sunny...so breakfast of one egg, 3 strips bacon, cauliflower, green pepper, all fried up in real butter...delish! Luvin Keto.
