Just had a baby in December. My 2nd. So I am trying to get the weight off. I am 22 years old and hoping to find some support here. Its been an uphill battle for me with my weight! But this time I feel more dedicated than ever! Lets do it!

Cheat day or not??
Ha! It's OK for the takeover!
Any information is good information to me!
If anyone is curious, I actually had to start my "Cheat" day early last night, so I ate a salami and cheese sandwich along with some snacks.. And I actually lost weight this morning!
Ha!
So I guess that goes to show me that this "cheat" thing actually works! Today is my ACTUAL cheat day so I will be posting results!

I DESPISE feeling guilty and horrible when I eat just a tiny bit of something that I enjoy!

Its a bad feeling.
I think you all just given me a great and liberating new outlook on this weight loss thing.
Cant thank you all enough for it.
I'm actually feeling pretty good right now.
NO more stress over this!
Over one tiny pound.
No more beating myself up over one cookie.
I got this.
I need to be patient.
I can eat what I want in moderation.
I can make healthy choices without hardly eating.
I can have a slice of cake at an event, just not everyday!
This has been eye opening for me.
And the interesting thing is that I've heard it all before, but for some reason it just clicked today. lol

Cheat day or not??
I know I am not taking in a good amount of calories..
BUT
I am not TRYING to starve myself..
I am using the medifast diet (which consists of eating 5 packaged meals and one homemade meal). And sometimes I do not get all 5 meals in.. Which results in my calories being so low.. but its hard because I just dont feel hungry!!
I eat when I feel hungry.. They just happen to be very low calorie foods. =/
I also don't plan to be on this diet for long term.. It was really just a jump start because I've got a vacation coming up in a week so I want to look great =) lol
But this information has helped me decide that I am going to do the "cheat" day.
If not only to help with weight loss, but also to give my body the calories it needs..
I exercise a lot so I think it should even out.
After my vacation I will be back on a regular diet.
Thank you all for your input and mostly for your concern =)

I BLEW it last night!
Gnat: that makes me feel a whole lot better. lol i was so bloated afterwards too. wish i had spoken to u the other day, i was so depressed about it. haha
