Hey, I'm 27 yrs old and have been having weight troubles since the age of 6. I was a very very picky eater so never learned to actually eat right. As to this day there are still some foods that make me nauseous by they're texture and taste. As a teen I had gotten my weight under control but then moved out my parents house and started gaining weight every year and yoyo dieting and exercising. I would do so well then drop out as if I lost my goal and stopped caring. Forwarding to a few months back, I had gained almost 60 pounds in less than a year, heatlh problems started to show up and everyday things weren't the same. I had enough, I started Pro energy Jan 29th at 257Ibs now down to 230 on march 24th and I exercise regularly I intend to keep going at it!
