So unfortunately I've got a cold and didn't work out all weekend...but tomorrow I plan on being well enough to get back to the grind! I'm determined to work out every day this week in order to see results fast. I want to make this a part of my life...eating healthy and exercising every day.

I have always battled feeling insecure about my weight, although I know I'm relatively small. But I'd like to be healthier by losing some fat. I want to do this by eating healthy and exercising. I've done this before and I've seen results, but I also go back to my old ways. So hopefully I can make this a lifestyle and not just a trend.
