I have always battled feeling insecure about my weight, although I know I'm relatively small. But I'd like to be healthier by losing some fat. I want to do this by eating healthy and exercising. I've done this before and I've seen results, but I also go back to my old ways. So hopefully I can make this a lifestyle and not just a trend.
