After the um-teenth time, I've decided to dedicate myself to a weight loss journey, that will hopefully bring me much success. I've been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember, although then weight loss was never an issue, it was always gaining it back. Up and down, down and Up, this roller coaster has taken me for one hell of a ride and i'm ready to unbuckle this seat belt and get off this ride. As urgent as I want to get off this ride, I know there is a process. As any other roller coaster, after a huge increase of speed and fright, then comes a slow down moment before an actual stop. During this slow down moment, I will take the time to learn what exactly my issues are when it comes to losing and keeping weight off, What triggers these issues and actions that can help me overcome them. When this ride finally halts, I'll be ready to work on being the skinny minny me I know I'm destined to be ;)
