I'm a mother to a beautiful 4 yr old girl and wife to a very awesome hardworking husband. I work part time at a daycare where I get to bring my daughter, so life can't get any better. My mom and in-laws live close, so instant babysitters, as well. I'm doing this to get down to my pre-wedding weight...ya know, the weight I was before I ate with my husband. :) Feel free to contact me if you live in the Seattle/Everett Area.

I like PB cookies. All it is is 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar equivalent of splenda and 1 egg. Makes about 15 cookies or so. I got that recipe off here. Its great! I make them a lot! Smile
