I'm going to have to pat myself on the back today! I got up early enough to get to a Pilates class this morning before 8:00!!! It was my first time for Pilates and it was fantastic! I've been attending 1 hour exercise classes twice a week for the last 5 years. I have the time now since I retired 5 months ago to add another class. I take classes because I need the motivation I get from the instructor and members who are regulars. It's another way to do some social net-working. My WW diet is going great. I feel very liberated and have so many choices of foods to choose from now. I'm so grateful I have the time to cook healthy things. Wish my husband could join me in my food selections, but he has been and always will be a "meat & potatoes" kind of person! I'm starting a new group Monday to walk everyday for 30 minutes. This will also increase my weight loss. ;-)
