How Often Do you weigh yourself?
ME it's once a month that's it ! it's only a NUMBER ! there is also measurements ! more important i believe! sometimes scale is good sometimes it's not good at all, but i say to myself : hey , look at everything you've done so far (lost 60 pounds , took 4 years!!) and here comes my smile again , proud and still believe in my goal !! don't give up !

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Me , it s once a month that'S it ! And i say it s only a number , it s not ALL the reality , i train really hard , so it s also about measurements! Sometimes it s not good at all but i say to myself , :'' hey look at everything you've done so far!(lost 60 pounds, took 4 years!!)and here comes my smile again!! still proud and still going to believe in my goal! I CAN DO THIS !DON T GIVE UP !
