Another Loss - woo hoo!
Took a Zumba Sculpt class for 1 hour last night. It went by fast, maybe because I thought that I was going to die the entire time. LOL
Another night of staying with in my calories for the day.
Next Challenge: Easter Weekend with food, food, food.
My goals are to:
*Limit portion size
*Get exercise in, minimum of 30 minutes daily, if not more
*Stay away from candy and junk

Finally weighed in this morning and admitted I had put 2.6 pounds back on but at least I know where I'm at now.
Worked out at lunch time yesterday with my good buddy Jillian Michaels and then went back last night and spent 40 minutes (5 miles) on the elipitical.
I also stayed pretty much where I wanted to with my calories yesterday so I was pleased with that as well. Hopefully, if I can keep it up all week I'll have a good loss.

Renewed efforts today. Only 16 more days until my cruise to the Bahamas and I am determined to be out of the 150's.
Not much of a workout yesterday but today I'm going to hit the gym hard. If I can fit it in tonight, I'm going to get in a second workout in as well.
Eating pretty good also so far, it's always so much easier during the week when I'm at work and only going to have what I have prepacked for myself.
On another note, I have decided to turn over some recent Major stressors and burdens and realize that I just can't do it all. I will do my best (ALWAYS) and the rest will just have to take care of itself.
