Another Loss - woo hoo!
Took a Zumba Sculpt class for 1 hour last night. It went by fast, maybe because I thought that I was going to die the entire time. LOL
Another night of staying with in my calories for the day.
Next Challenge: Easter Weekend with food, food, food.
My goals are to:
*Limit portion size *Get exercise in, minimum of 30 minutes daily, if not more *Stay away from candy and junk
