In a week where I ate very well... (I could be more meticulous), but still - a gain?!!!
I know - it was only 500grams, but heck!
I dropped 2cm in my mid section. And that is also too little (I feel)
Anywho. Moving forward...

The fastest average pace I’ve maintained in perhaps 2 years!! Super excited since it’s really my weight loss making me faster - not exercising more (and certainly not getting any younger LOL!)
Ps. How do I load a pic plus write an accompanying post? I did these 2 now seperatly. (From the app). #clueless

Happy that I'm nearing my goal, but super frustrating: seeing the end at the bottom of the field, but not being able to run faster to reach it!! It's like being in a dream where the legs are moving, but I'm not going anywhere :-P
Anywho. Choosing to be satisfied :-) Happy weekend all!!
