I want to live life well, and do it into my 90's and still be able to have a high quality of life!
My granny's such an inspiration: 85 in 2016 and running at the world master champs in 100m, 200m and 400m's.
No one can go on for ever, but I sure want to try and enjoy life to the fullest on the way to the other side :-)

The bigger you are, the quicker you loose.
I'd say: adjust the way you eat. Do something different. Perhaps only for 3 weeks and then go back to what you know. But my opinion, is that your body got used to doing and eating the same way. Gotta shake things up a bit! All the best! Cause I know how hard it is!!
