Oscillating between 115.5-117.5 for 2 wks, so entering this as a rough average. Need 2 get back into P90X & racquetball ASAP!!!! Last 3wks have been so bad at work I'm not only not getting my 3xs/wk in; but 2wks I've done almost none:-( Lord help me before I lose the positive, healthy routine I've built up in ur strength!!!!

Been staying between 117.5-118.5 for just over a week or so now:-) Wed I played racquetball for 2hrs basically- 1st an hr w/ Pastor Kim (our 1st x ever), thn an hr w/ Carrie(our 3rd x):-) Wow was I sore & tired!!! No P90X yet ths wk tho so need 2 get bck 2 it ASAP!!!

lost so far: 24.2 lb

still to go: 0 lb

Actually been below 119 for 5 out of last 7 days (118 on 2 of those:)!!! Was 121 on 2/1/14. Was abt 124 month b4 that. Doing good w/ increased activity- it's balancing out increased cal need w/ new job. Still doing P90X 1-3 x's/wk!

was 124 on Jan 1. Hve been 119.5 several times now & even 119 2 days ago:-) So doing good on weight in spite of new job!!! But keep an eye on eating habits b.c higher caloric intake required now & eating more real food; but also craving chocolate alot w/ stress & drinking more coffee. Also more food is adjustment 4 stomach & bowels & forgetting 2 always take pill b4 eating & have had severe nausea ev day last wk & this wk. Lastly, try 2 add at least 1 more night of exercise to 2 I'm maintaining so far:-)

Was 119.5 yesterday & 119.75 today on scale:-) Woo hoo! Constirrhea was Sun tho so not sure if impacted weight, but hoping to keep it down!!! Was 124 on Jan 4...So doing good I think!!! Eating slightly more cal b.c work, but also burning more I'm sure 4 most part...NEED 2 STAY ON TOP OF P90X THO & order P90X3 whn can afford!!!
