Been staying between 117.5-118.5 for just over a week or so now:-) Wed I played racquetball for 2hrs basically- 1st an hr w/ Pastor Kim (our 1st x ever), thn an hr w/ Carrie(our 3rd x):-) Wow was I sore & tired!!! No P90X yet ths wk tho so need 2 get bck 2 it ASAP!!!
117.7 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
