was 124 on Jan 1. Hve been 119.5 several times now & even 119 2 days ago:-) So doing good on weight in spite of new job!!! But keep an eye on eating habits b.c higher caloric intake required now & eating more real food; but also craving chocolate alot w/ stress & drinking more coffee. Also more food is adjustment 4 stomach & bowels & forgetting 2 always take pill b4 eating & have had severe nausea ev day last wk & this wk. Lastly, try 2 add at least 1 more night of exercise to 2 I'm maintaining so far:-)
119.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
