Hey everybody, how are you? I am doing great! I had a fantastic time with my siblings at our fight party. The food and drink were plentiful and so was my appetite so I dove right in without worry. The taco dip was fabulous with the various chips that were served. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious. The host friend also ordered wings so I ate some of those. I also splurged with three bottles of light beer (Coronas with fresh lime wedges). Fantastic, fantastic time with good people, food and drink, great fight. I want to say that I wore a fantastic pair of jeans last night. I couldn't button the very top button (3 buttons on the front) and was able to last night! Victory! Back to the drawing board today. I fasted somewhat today because of my indulgences last night. I only cut back on calories today. I am eating though :) I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Sunday night! :)

I was planning on going to the gym before work tonight but I wouldn't have been able to get there and arrive at work on time. I had to run errands earlier in the day and it just didn't work out. I walked a lot though. I think that I made up for missing the gym. I cannot wait for Saturday night. I am going to spend time with my brother and sister at a house party. We are going to watch the big fight at my brother's friends house. That means there will be plenty of food and alcohol to go around. I am just going to enjoy myself. The gym will always be there, I can watch what I eat or drink afterwards. I am going to cut loose tomorrow night. :) I am not much into the fight. I am into spending time with my brother and sister. I love my family very much. :) I am planning on visiting a friend on Sunday. She just had surgery and I want to be there for her in any way I can. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend if I am not on here again. :)

Hey everybody. Things are going great! I am thrilled to be back at the gym. I am taking a multivitamin every day (One a day - Women's). It's a fantastic addition to my plan. I am feeling healthier, feeling and looking lighter. My coworkers notice a pep in my step, a more energetic person. I am getting better sleep at night without taking a sleeping pill or staring at the wall. I feel like my anxiety is down. The blood pressure medicine must be helping as well. I work in retail currently, After work I wanted to look at different dresses and decided to try 2 on. One dress fit perfectly, the other not so much even though the same size (different cut) so it went right back on the rack. I make no apologies. I don't beat myself down because something didn't fit. I look proudly in the mirror at what does fit and I see the determination in my eyes. I see how capable I am, what I can accomplish. I remember when I would hang my head in shame growing up while taken clothes shopping, how insulting a family member was saying very loudly, "Michelle. You aren't a large. You're an extra large. You better slow down. I think you should join the gym." Maybe I wasn't much in her eyes because I wasn't a small or medium. I look at that mirror though. I look into that mirror with fierceness. I let the harmful and damaging words slip away. I look very proudly at the dress that fits amazingly and the other with a blasé gaze. I don't get upset anymore if something doesn't fit. I look in the mirror, take in the beauty, and thoroughly take in the fierceness and drive.
