Here we go again, tired of being 40 lbs overweight! Started at a bloated 144 last week, today I am at 141.0 I am very pleased!

The scale has gone up and down for the past 119 days, I wanted to wait until I saw an improvement before I posted. I am celebrating this 1/2 a pound because it was hard fought. Sundays seem to be hard for me, dang sugar-coated peanuts at the Chinese restaurant.
