Good Afternoon Family,
I hope everyone is having a fabulous day! Well I weighed myself last night and to my surprise I was pretty happy! My body weight must be in the adjusting stage because 2 days ago - the scale showed I gained 3lbs, but as of yesterday I'm up .08 which could be water weight due to my little friend named cycle.
My goal is stay on track and not get frustrated about my weight loss - all I know is that it's going to happen because I'm keeping the faith and I'm working towards my goal!!! I see weight loss as nothing more than a challenge to make me PUSH to become a better ME!!! Well have a wonderful day and remain good to yourself because if you don't who will!!!

Hi Everyone,
I noticed the other day I'm not really losing weight but inches so far. I feel a bit bloated but I'll find out today is my weigh in date. I decided to weigh myself per month instead of per week or so - it's very discouraging to weigh yourself too much and at one time I was certainly doing just that - discouraging myself with the scale.

Good Morning Family,
The last few weeks I went back to doing intervals (walk/run) and I feel great. I basically do intervals and I must say I'm not doing this alone. God himself is helping me all the way - my goal is to do 5 miles but sometimes due to time restraint I try to do no less than 3 miles. Hopefully, by next month I'll be doing more running than walking, but as the journey goes on and I continue to move forward - I'm really enjoying myself.
