Slightly up today, but it is TOM. Actual weigh in day is Monday--that will be one week. My goal for the next few days is to get exercise and eat within my calorie allotment--between 1200 and 1500.

Dinner really adds up...even when you think you're keeping it light..especially when bread and/or pasta is included.

Was doing so well until around 5pm...snacks available at school...too much sugar at the end of the day. Tomorrow will be better.

I'm feeling pretty good...it's tough when just a few pounds make such a difference...I guess that's part of being short. I can really tell the difference between 125 and 128, and it sucks. I'm glad to be getting back on track, though, and I think the summer, and the wedding will provide some nice motivation :-)
