I have been doing good this past 2 weeks. But Friday I picked up a 5 gallon water container and I hurted my upper right shoulder blade the pain got so bad I had to go to the emergency. They did some X-rays and some blood work for my blood pressure was super high due to the pain I was having. They said I probably pulled a muscle or tore a ligament or tendon. For now no pulling, pushing, lifting anything for the next 3 weeks. I got medicine for the pain and inflammation. If it doesn't get better I will need an MRI

This past 2 weeks I have eaten like I just don't care like if it's the end of the world and I gained weight I'm mad at my self for doing that so starting today I'm starting all over again. 1 hour and a half of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. No more sugar for me only veggies lean protein and salads and only water to drink lets see how I do for the next 2 weeks.
