Went with my mother in law to help her pick out a new scale and I step on one to make sure it worked. Well she found a nice one for $20 called healthmed at walmart. Anyway it showed I weigh in 231 lbs

We hit a rough spot and we trying to make food last so both me and my hubby been only eating one or two meals a day. But for some reason I am not losing weight yet I am gaining instead. My hubby on the other hand is losing weight like crazy.

Today we went to hubby parents for the day and spent all day in the pool. It was real nice and everyone had fun. It was so hot out you wouldn't believe. It felt so good to just relax and enjoy family time. We had hamburgers and hot dogs and salads and watermelon. I didn't have any bread but the salads and the watermelon was a no no too that why I only had a little bit.

Well just relaxing with the kids and hubby and it very warm here today. So we was outside letting the kids get wet and enjoy themselves. Hubby order pizza,wings and bread sticks for us to enjoy. So I just ate the topping from the pizza and had 2 wings and no bread. I am learning this program so one day at a time you know. I can do this and I will. Hope all is well with everyone.
