I have gain weight like crazy. Every time I get a chance to work out I re-injured my pull muscle and ended up laid up for a few days. It like my body doesn’t want me to exercise. I am 47 and I am finding it very hard to lose weight. I don’t have menopause cause I get a monthly every month. But my stomach also look like I am pregnant as well. I hate when someone comes up to you and ask when you due. When I started this journey I was 280 lbs back in 2009 and I work so hard to get myself down to 184 lbs yea it took me till 2011 But I did it. Here I am today weighing in at 248 lbs none of my jeans fit anymore. I went from a size 22/24 down to 14. Now I am back into a size 20/22. My husband I so tired of me dieting and trying new things he at the point enough is enough he told me no more diets or exercise. I am so unhappy and depressed because I fall off track. I am frustrated too. All I can do is keep trying and not give up. We can do this one day at a time.

Well at least I am doing good with not smoking as it been 11 days now
