My name is Samantha and I'm 20. I've never really been too big I guess, but my worst was when I was getting close to 170. I'm 5'6 so that's pretty big. I started working at GNC and just with combined knowledge and a few supplements (meal replacements, vitamins, and thermogenics) over about a 7 month period I went from 168 to 145. I never weighed myself during that period, I knew I had lost a lot though because I went from a size 33 waist to 26 haha. But when I saw 145 on the scale I decided I wanted to try even harder, especially since I'm leaving for Costa Rica on the 28th of February, Hopefully I'll lose even more while I'm there, it's a lot of seafood and fruit there (which I love). And if you have any questions about supplements and want straight answers feel free to email me haha.

I've been watching my calories for over two years, but I didn't get really smart until like 7 months ago lol. I didn't eat a ton of the junk food but portions were the main problem.
