Yeah, so. I literally want to scream. There are days everything's right and there are days when the scale doesn't budge for 10 days straight. I feel revolting. I think I'll step away from the scale for a few days just to preserve my sanity.

Once again, kudos, body. I mean that the scale has literally not changed within a tenth of a pound for the last week. I mean... you'd think it would at least fluctuate one way or the other. I dunno, day after a workout? Day after pooping? I checked and recalibrated a couple of times, even, to make sure...
Well, I'm determined to make the number go down whatever it takes. I think my problem areas have been not drinking enough water/getting enough fiber, and having too many snacks/lattes between meals. I've holed myself up in an eatery (don't worry, I don't have points to spend on food) with a fresh water tap and I'm not leaving until I've had 2 liters.
I'm also setting my daily calorie goal a bit lower- say 1300. Just by doing the math, this has to work. It better.
