START OF SMALL LIFESTYLE CHANGES

1. Try to use herbalife (if can do)
breakfast=shake,lunch=regular meal w/ 1 cup rice, dinner=shake)

2. If cant do herbalife, One regular meal limit to 1 cup rice only
3. 200 steps on threadmill a day after work
4. Limit to 3 sticks of cigarette a day, (morning,noon,night)
5. Sleep by 10:00 pm.
6. Have doctors check-up every end of the month
390.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
