I have been trying to lose 10kilo's for ever, I'm on weight watchers at the moment and trying to get use to there new program it sounds awesome so I hope this time I can do it, I go up and down like a yo yo, I'm 56 and have been on Thyroid medication for a number of years, I know I can lose weight but it is very slow. I was 80 and got down to 72, now I'm back to 76 I would love to become a life time member and reach 69, so that is my goal. I have joined a number of challengers to keep me going, also I have a treadmill I will go on 6days a week.
