Right now I need a good kick in pants to get going. I think the major down side to QWLC is it is way more expensive than I thought it would be
I am determined to stay on it though. I think they estimated it would take me 14 weeks for complete the diet. Here goes.....

just starting
I have done Atkins before and it was probably the best and easiest diet I was ever on. I'm starting quick weight loss center now and I am hoping it is as good. I need so help this time I think.
